Perform general maintenance of buildings and equipment requiring practical skill and knowledge in such tasks as carpentry, painting, lawn maintenance, masonry, electrical, or plumbing activities. Operate gardening and grounds care equipment as required. Perform operator maintenance on all equipment used in execution of duties and report higher echelon maintenance requirements to appropriate personnel. Assist with equipment turn-in and hand receipt maintenance, as required. Work flexible hours as required by the customer to include weekends and holidays.
