General Clerk - Credit Balance Team


Job Details

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and mail letters and refund documents each week
  • Perform file management functions to include attaching refund documentation to accounts.
  • Processing patient refunds as needed, as well as performing address searches.
  • Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and add data as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to members of the Credit Balance Team.
  • Performs other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the organization.
