As a Partner Success Manager, you will empower Acrisure Agency Partners to realize the value of Acrisure Innovation's technology solutions by working with a nimble team driving adoption and business outcomes. You will be the ultimate advocate for Acrisure Agency Partners and their stakeholders, and become a trusted representative of the voice of the customer at Acrisure Innovation. To achieve this, you will be developing, executing and sharing success playbooks and establishing scalable processes and systems for generating awareness, earning adoption and providing an optimal customer experience for our technology users. Experience collaborating with insurance agencies and brokers will be essential in understanding the unique needs of our partners and ensuring their success with our solutions.

Here are some of the ways in which you'll achieve impact:

  • Lead activities across five key Partner Success areas (product marketing, field enablement, driving critical metrics, feedback loop and support) that ensure successful launch and post-sale outcomes with Acrisure Innovation's technology solutions.
  • Develop compelling and differentiated product positioning and messaging that activates and retains users.
  • Get to know our Agency Partners, catalog how they operate, their agency strategy, their tech readiness and represent the customer voice within the Product organization.
  • Cultivate relationships and develop deep knowledge of InsurTech use cases for agency partners to guide product development and value realization.
  • Take ownership of feature roll outs by collaborating closely with the innovation team to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
  • Execute effective go-to-market strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and success of new features and products.
  • Represent Acrisure as a knowledgeable and engaging speaker at industry conferences, events, and webinars, effectively communicating the company's vision, products, and expertise to a wide audience.
  • Identify the customer pains, unmet needs and opportunities for the Acrisure Innovation Product organization to pursue.
  • Design and execute plans to drive an optimal user experience with a "Whole Product" solution from onboarding through ongoing support.
  • Bring an Agency Partner-focused lens to Product strategy, including thinking beyond the technology solutions to real-world AP problems.
  • Ensure adoption and subsequent revenue & profitability outcomes, while winning champions who want to tell their story.

  • Have a proven track record of enabling a strong customer experience: You possess a history of successfully driving adoption and/or an exceptional customer experience through any or all of the five dimensions of Partner Success (product marketing, field enablement, driving critical metrics, feedback loop and support).
Other requirements:
  • Work experience: 2+ years of Customer Success and 1+ year of experience in an Insurance or InsurTech organization preferred.
  • Location: Austin, TX, Boston, MA or San Diego, CA hybrid 3 days in office.
  • Travel: Ability to travel once a quarter for events/tradeshows.
