**What This Position is All About**eCommerce Warehouse Associates are responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient flow of merchandise into, within, and out of the Pottsville eCommerce Fulfillment center.

* High School Degree or GED required.

* 1-5 years of experience in retail, wholesale, or direct to consumer warehouse operations.

* Willingness to work weekend shifts.

* The incumbent is required to possess and sustain physical requirements including but not limited to: standing for long periods of time (up to 10 hours), lifting up to 30 lbs repeatedly, walking long distances repeatedly, bending, stooping, climbing ladders or stairs repeatedly, manual dexterity of hands to process orders, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

* Must know how to distinguish between colors.

* May operate non powered warehouse equipment (i.e., pallet jack) which requires some coordinated movements.

* Demonstrated understanding of working with computer based systems.

* Manual dexterity of hands to Count, bag, tag, sort, and package incoming freight

**As The eCommerce Fulfillment Associate, You Will:**

* Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.

* Read customer to determine items to be moved, gathered or distributed and/or shipped.

* Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.

* Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color or product code.

* Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department.

* Mark materials with identifying information using appropriate method.

* Open bales, crates and other containers.

* Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program.

* Assist in counting of physical inventory.

* Weigh and count items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.

* May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.

* Prepare customer packages for mailing.

* Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

* Supervises all Warehouse lending operations, credit and relationship manager staff. This includes daily duties, training, staff scheduling.

* Prospect new client opportunities for Warehouse Lines of Credit issued by Bank of Hope, in addition to managing a team of relationship mangers.

* Maintain relationship with existing and new clients, through periodic phone / email communication and site visits.

* Monitor customer performance to ensure they are performing at satisfactory level. Including line utilization, reporting requirements, financial performance and covenant requirements.

* Assist warehouse credit in preparing and presenting CCM/CCR request to appropriate approval committees.

* Oversight of Ops team to ensure accurate and timely processing of wire transfers, track cash balances, perform account reconciliations, and wire transfer research.

* Oversight of Ops team for daily review of treasury operations to ensure funds are flowing properly by maximizing corporate value and minimizing costs.

* Develop and maintain departmental policy and procedures.

* Ensure both internal and external service levels are met.

* Work with both Credit and Sales groups to ensure facilities are within compliance and are performing as expected.

* Stay up-to-date of compliance changes, certifications and regulations to assure the department is compliant.

* Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in the real estate market.

* Recommends to Administration merit and/or promotional increases.

* Reviews department certifications for completeness and correctness.

* Oversight of daily tracking and reconciliation of haircut needs of all facilities and operating funds.

* Prepare deal opportunity package including executive summary, term sheet, company financials for managements approval.

* Assist Bank of Hope WH Credit and Operations personnel in obtaining needs list items from customer during loan underwriting, loan boarding and while warehouse line remains active with Bank of Hope.

* Assist warehouse operations department by preparing loan docs to mortgage customer ahead of loan boarding.

* Assist warehouse operations department with new client training.

* Meet departmental goals and targets as it relates to warehouse related loan and deposit balances.

**Job Qualifications/Requirements**

* Required: Prior experience with extensive knowledge in Warehouse Lending, including banking procedures and regulation, credit fundamentals and business transactions.

* Required: Prior experience in supervisory or management position.

* Required: Computer proficient with background in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

* Required: Familiarity with Pro-Forma and P&L preparation.

* Required: Knowledge of Secondary Market and mortgage loan regulations and guidelines.

* Required: A working knowledge of all Federal and State laws and rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve and the Comptroller of the Currency pertaining to the Op
