**Roles and Responsibilities**
* Participate in furniture delivery and assembly to assure project completion
* Lead or manage small to medium -scale projects with minimal supervision; working towards larger projects as experience is gained
* Work with sub-contractors, assign duties and keep crew on task to keep project momentum moving towards completion
* Be knowledgeable about the furniture installation requirements to enable working with other sub-contractors regarding electrical requirements, installation time frames, etc.
* Attend out of town installations when necessary, to ensure proper completion.
* Work with clients' building managers when required on site to ensure all requirements are followed by installation crew(s).
* Use proactive problem-solving skills to save time and cost with issues that may arise during installations.
* Be accountable for any installation punch issues and ensure they get taken care in a timely manner.
* Report all punch items and project concerns to Project Managers and/or Director of Project Operations as soon as identified.
* Obtain contract labor PO numbers from Senior Installation Lead or Ops dept for sub-contract labor crews.
* Build rapport with client, demonstrate a positive "can do" attitude and be the primary resource for the client.
* Maintain positive relationships with subcontractor companies.
* Be on time and courteous to all projects.
* Perform quality control checks when necessary prior to project installation.
* Ensure vehicles used by self and sub-contractors are kept orderly and ready for next assignment.
**Safety:**
* Verify that all operations, work in progress and all completed work complies with all applicable codes, safety regulations, drawings, specifications and all corporate policies and procedures.
**Qualifications and Education Requirements:**
* Valid driver's license required
* High School Diploma Required
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of audiences.
* Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
* Ability to make fast, creative and potentially complex on the job decisions.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience in furniture assembly preferred
* Skill in the use of computer, specifically in a PC, Windows-based operating environment a plus

**Status:** Full Time
**Schedule:** Monday - Friday / 7am - 4pm (Some Saturdays)
