The Customer Service Representative will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our internal and external customers. This involves fostering effective communication, instilling confidence in our products, troubleshooting and resolving issues, and seeking customer feedback and suggestions to improve our services.

What Success Looks Like:
  • Communicate with customers, sales managers, and manufacturer's representatives.
  • Promptly and accurately process customer orders on the same day they are received.
  • Monitor customer orders and report any pricing errors immediately.
  • Ensure customers receive acknowledgments, advanced shipping notices, and invoices.
  • Collaborate with customers to establish procedures, guidelines and lead-times.
  • Maintain accurate records and maintenance in the ERP system.
  • Address customer dissatisfaction professionally to resolve the issue.
  • Initiate orders for replacements parts and/or to correct errors.
  • Initiate the creation of new material numbers necessary to process customer orders.
  • Provide quotes to customers for our products and services.
Your Credentials:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational skills, and communication skills.
  • Strong skills in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).


The salary range for this position is $42,648 to $63,972 w/ bonus potential.
