Position Title: Machine Operator
Wage: $19.34 (+0.50 shift premium)
Shift: 2nd
Hours: 2:30PM - 1AM Monday - Thursday

Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines according to established procedures and guidelines
- Load raw materials into the machine and unload finished parts
- Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and identify any issues or abnormalities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNCmachines, such as cleaning and lubricating
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and maximize efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of production activities and maintain documentation as required
- Communicate any issues or concerns with machine performance or product quality to supervisors or maintenance staff
Requirements for Machine Operator:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided
- Basic understanding of machining processes and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
