Your Expertise:
- Extensive experience in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies within the financial services sector or in a consultative role
- In-depth understanding of market research methodologies and the ability to derive actionable insights from data
- Proven track record of influencing and partnering with senior business leaders to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leaders to set and prioritize business goals, ensuring marketing strategies align with theseobjectives
- Craft and implement marketing strategies that drive audience engagement and behavior change
- Utilize market research and insights to inform and refine marketing strategies, working closely with sales and productteams
- Lead a cross-functional marketing team using agile methodologies to deliver effective marketingprograms
- Provide clear and constructive feedback during the creative development process, ensuring alignment with marketingbriefs
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize outcomes and achieve marketinggoals
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with a strong preference for experience in asset management, wealth management, or mutual fund marketing
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead diverse teams effectively
- Strong knowledge of contemporary marketing technologies and digital channels, including social media, search, and content marketing
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Analytical and curious mindset, capable of tackling complex problems and driving innovative solutions
