Job SummaryThis position will be responsible for the project management of all state and federal regulatory audits to ensure GHP compliance for all lines of business. They will ensure that all new federal and state regulations are communicated clearly to business areas and will track activity via internal software to ensure operational changes are implemented timely to ensure compliance. This position will sit in the Health Plan Compliance area but will work closely with both the Clinical Enterprise and Health Plan to ensure audits and legislated/ necessary operational changes are completed timely and that all risks are escalated to the appropriate leadership teams.Job DutiesProvide day-to-day oversight, including administration, implementation, communication and strategy of the program. Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization. Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure program goals and initiatives are achieved.Organizes programs and activities in accordance with the mission and goals of the organization.Creates and manages long-term goals.Develops a budget and operating plan for the program.Develops and manages programs to support the strategic direction of the organization.Develops an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.Ensures goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.Implements and manages changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.Produces accurate and timely reporting of program status.Analyzes program risks and makes adjustments as appropriate.Serves as a subject matter expert for assigned operational responsibilities.Work is typically performed in an office environment.
