Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
* Performs light assembly tasks using both hand and power tools
* Follows visual and written work instructions in order to complete assigned tasks within set time allotted
* Accurately reports shop floor production data via computer terminal and/or written reporting
* Adheres to all quality and safety standards
* Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
Education/Experience/Skills:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
* 1-3 years industry experience preferred
* Ability to work from verbal and written instructions
* Experience of small power tools, other hand tools and computerized and high-pressure equipment
* Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
* Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, work overhead with arms and sit or stand for several hours as a time
* Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required per plant rules
