**Lo que estamos buscando**

Estamos buscando a individuos excepcionales para que se unan a nuestros equipos como Housekeepers. Esta persona ser sumamente trabajadora, personificar los valores de Vacasa y cuida los altos estndares de limpieza de nuestros hogares.

**Lo que hars**

* Mantener y limpiar de manera profesional las propiedades de Vacasa usando los procedimientos y productos de acuerdo a los estndares de la compaa.

* Barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar y lavar todas las superficies.

* Mover, dentro de lo posible, los muebles en las habitaciones para limpiar debajo y detrs de los mismos.

* Apoyar en el proceso de lavandera.

* Crear un ambiente grato para nuestros huspedes y propietarios asegurndose de que los hogares estn limpios y bien cuidados.

* Identificar y hacer nota de daos que puedan tener las propiedades. Generando tambin tickets de reporte para los equipos de mantenimiento.

* Recoger y retirar la basura de las propiedades.

* Alcanzar y mantener las metas de Housekeeping requeridas.

* Asistir a todas las reuniones de equipo e individuales obligatorias.

* Rellenar y cambiar todos los productos como jabones y papel higinico.

* Realizar la mantencin de las baeras (Hot-tubs) en caso sea necesario.

* Otras responsabilidades segn sean asignadas. Todos los das son diferentes!

**Requerimientos para el cargo**

* Transporte confiable

* Un smartphone y una direccin de correo electrnico.

* Disponibilidad para trabajar durante los fines de semana.

* Atencin al detalle.

* Experiencia como Housekeeper, aunque tambin enseamos el estndar de Vacasa.

* La habilidad de trabajar de pie por perodos extendidos de tiempo, agacharse, arrodillarse y ser capaz de levantar hasta 20 libras.

* Poder trabajar de manera cmoda con computadores (nivel usuario bsico)

* *Tarifa por pieza = (en promedio, su tarifa por hora puede variar entre $20-25/hr)*

* *Reembolso de combustible de $ 15 por da*
