Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Call Center Representative (CCR) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to provide exceptional customer service while answering and directing calls efficiently. The CCR will be responsible for ensuring a seamless customer experience by assisting callers with their inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members. Familiarity with our providers, specialties, divisions, and teams is crucial for success in this role. Job Details:

Monday to Friday | 8 AM to 5 PM (Pacific time)

- Average daily call volume is 80 calls per day.

- Shift might change as needed (You will be given prior notice)

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.

Provide excellent customer service to all callers, addressing their concerns and inquiries.

Accurately transfer and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our providers, specialties, divisions, and teams to ensure efficient call routing.

Take detailed notes and messages, ensuring that all relevant information is captured and communicated to the intended recipient.

Maintain confidentiality of sensitive customer and company information.

Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer service experience.

Stay current on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to callers.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Process patient payments along with balancing your payments at end of shift.

Requirements

High School graduate.

A minimum of one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.

Detail-oriented, with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness.

Empathy and patience when dealing with customers.

Adaptability to changing circumstances, willingness to learn new skills and following instructions

Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure.

Commitment to continuous improvement and personal development.

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk or working on a computer.
  • Prolonged periods of standing and bending
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Pay Scale/Ranges:

$20.00-$22.00/hour

Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The pay scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
