We are now hiring for a part-time Hourly Residential Monitor to join our CILA Team! Seeking a Residential Monitor for our Palos Hills CILA and South Chicago CILA programs. Must have flexible availability for shifts 3 PM-11 PM and 11 PM-7 AM on Saturdays, but also have some availability for Sundays and holidays on an as-needed basis. Must be available to work at least three shifts per month. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Reports building maintenance service needs to landlords and/or real estate agencies. Makes quarterly apartment inspections. Schedules annual inspections with the Fire Department. Assists clients with meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, and personal grooming. Provides supervision in arts and crafts, cooking, music, hygiene, life skills and other community support groups. Engages clients in social activities, and serves as an escort on field trips as needed. Documents client incidents and reports client issues and concerns to supervisor.
