Panhandle Support Services, a Modivcare Home care company in WV is looking for a FT RN Clinical supervisor. The clinical supervisor is responsible to ensure quality, evaluate the patient's plan of care and assess their physical and Psychosocial needs.

You will...
Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities
Help provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home
Maintain open communication between families and health care professionals regarding client's physical and emotional condition
Complete annual and six-month assessments outlining the client's needs in the home
Complete updates to the plan of care as needed
Ensure highest client safety and well-being
Work with office staff to coordinate care and ensure paperwork is completed correctly
Customer Demographics:
Aging/Elderly
Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (Autism, Profound ID, etc)
Physical Disabilities (Cerebral Palsy, Multiple Sclerosis, Muscular Dystrophy, etc)
We are excited to speak to someone with the following
Current RN WV License
1 year + professional experience as an RN in the United States
Current CPR certification
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Preferred
Experience in Home Care Nursing Required
Ability to prioritize workload in an appropriate manner.
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Able to work in and create a team environment.
Effective time management and scheduling skills with a certain amount of flexibility
