JOB DESCRIPTION **WAREHOUSE MATERIALS COORDINATOR**

**MONDAY TO FRIDAY 6 AM - 230 PM**

**What youll do**

* **Responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory/material control.**

* **Perform physical movement of materials from one area to another using handcarts or forklifts**

* **Performs a wide variety of planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow.**

* **Coordinates and monitors workflow, assisting in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned distribution area.**

* **Coordinate with off-site warehousing facilities for parts replenishment and material for storage**

* **Work with appropriate purchasing/logistics/production personnel to resolve part shortages**

* **Reconcile and root cause inventory discrepancies**

* **Performs manual and/or clerical duties that may utilize various systems / WMS involved in receipt or preparation of materials for shipment.**

* **Maintains compliance with relevant local, country and international guidelines. May have responsibility for fulfilment administration and processes.**

* **Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned**

****Who you are****

* **High school Diploma/GED or local equivalent**

* **Minimum of 2 years' experience in supply chain**

* **Strong interpersonal and communication skills**

* **Ability to stand for extended periods and regularly lift 50 lbs.**

* **Proficient in basic mathematics**

* **Knowledge of computerized material flow methods**
