Seeking a Customer Account Manager.


Candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of customer accounts including collections, research and creation of disputes, customer service questions and research, releasing of orders, updating and establishment of credit limits and working across other internal departments to resolve issues. Responsibilities to include but not limited to below.


Researches, prepares and reconciles data in support of the preparation of financial statements and reports. Supports analysis, documentation, and mitigation of compliance risk/errors. Analyzes and interprets directives, policies and regualatory requirements to provide recommendations on new and existing accounting issues. Supports the allocation and maintenance of the cost accounting structure/system, tools and related realignment activities. Supports the development and deployment of changes to accounting tools and processes.

Regular and predictable attendance is required

4 Openings - Various shift times

Fully Onsite or Hybrid? Nearly all virtual. May need to come to the office if a meeting is required. Candidate will need to be located within the Dallas area due to them needing to come onsite on occasion.

Work Schedule (first/second/third shift): all openings are first shift

Multiple Shift Times for the 4 Openings - Candidates must be available for all options
1 opening - first shift 5:30am-2:30pm
2 openings - first shift 8:00am 5pm
1 opening- first shift 10am-7pm.
During training (first week) on-site for training from 8am-5pm
