POSITION OVERVIEW

Humcap's client is seeking a high energy, success-driven individual to drive sales in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. This top performer willwork directly with building owners and service contractors to develop new business, while maintaining long-term relationships with our current customers. This position has access to sell the full line of products, including Greenheck fans and air distribution. This is a great opportunity for a motivated professional to take control of their future income in a role with uncapped commissions.

GOALS:

  • Promote and sell the product portfolio direct to building owners.
  • Increase share of wallet within the existing customer base.
  • Prospect, develop, and increase sales in assigned territories through cold calling, setting appointments, and other proven methods.
  • Identify incremental target markets and establish a corresponding go-to-market strategy.
  • Collaborate with contractor sales team to jointly support customers as needed.
  • Create accurate quotes based on a thorough understanding of customer needs and product applications.
  • Manage orders and projects, ensuring successful follow-through.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior sales experience
  • Technical experience, aptitude, and knowledge of HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration) products and applications.
  • Ability to interpret technical product language and explain product specifications.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work both individually as well as part of a team.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop long-term relationships.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to influence and persuade while maintaining a positive approach.
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented to prevent things from falling through the cracks.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
