Orion Group is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our pharmaceutical client s team as a Total Rewards Analyst.

The primary responsibility of this role is to gather and analyze benefits and compensation data, and update reporting tools that have been built in Excel and Power BI.

The Total Rewards Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our total rewards programs, as well as providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze benefits and compensation data:

Collect and compile data related to employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and incentives.

  • Analyze compensation data, including salary structures, bonuses, and incentives, to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding total rewards reporting tools, providing clear and accurate information.
  • Developing and maintaining reporting tools:

Utilize Excel macros, VBA, and generative AI to maintain and update Excel reporting tools, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

  • Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and streamline data analysis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

  • 5 plus years' related experience
  • Proven experience as a Total Rewards Analyst or similar role, with a focus on benefits and compensation analysis.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including knowledge of advanced formulas, VBA macros, and data visualization.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather, interpret, and present complex data effectively.
  • Familiarity with CompAnalyst and generative AI tools.
  • Knowledge of total rewards best practices, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.

  1. Excel: Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization.

  1. Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar software to create interactive and insightful dashboards.
