This position is based in the Indianapolis area and can accommodate a hybrid work location between home and the office. The Financial Manager will lead the financial support and analysis, accounts receivable and project accounting. This role provides financial analysis and reporting, communicating directly with clients and operational personnel and manages order to collection process.


Summary: The Financial Manager will lead the financial planning and analysis, accounts receivable and project accounting functions. This role provides financial analysis, management reporting and manages the order to collection process. This role communicates directly with clients and operational personnel to develop solutions to business challenges.


Essential Functions:

  • Provide financial analysis in support of company objectives and develop solutions to help assist business stakeholders with financial information needs.
  • Manage the Project Control process to provide invoicing management for recurring and project-based revenues, contract review and coordination with service delivery personnel.
  • Maintain project financials, client profitability and ACV/TCV for all client contracts.
  • Interface with international subsidiaries to provide financial forecasting, analysis and reporting.
  • Contact customers to address outstanding account balances, resolve circumstances of non-payment, and expedite payment.
  • Conduct client credit evaluations, setup clients, and conduct periodic review and adjustment of client credit lines.
  • Maintain and adhere to internal controls and GAAP.
  • Maintains regular attendance.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.


Required Education, Knowledge, and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in services financial management or in a related area.
  • Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area or course work in accounting with applicable combination of education and work experience.
  • Experience in an Enterprise Resource Planning system environment (Acumatica system preferred).
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.

  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Skilled in researching, resolving exception items, and analyzing data to get desired results.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries.
  • Ability to perform functions efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently identify and correct the root cause of invoice discrepancies.
  • Extensive use of financial software and excel spreadsheets.
