SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Opening and closing of assigned facility, care of the facility and the assigned equipment, public relations, collection of fees and registrations. Knowledge of modern office equipment and various computer programs and applications. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and review. Monitor all vessels within the marina for safety and security. Assist with sanitary pump outs of vessels, and operation of VHF radio. Ability to work outside in the elements. Marine knowledge preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor. THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE EVENINGS, WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
