Job Title: Dispatcher / Customer Service

Location: Proximity to Melville, NY
Salary:$55-60K/yr Commensurate with experience+ benefits
Status: Direct hire, FT, On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and dispatch service technicians to customer locations
- Utilize GPS and fleet management systems to track technician locations
- Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and management
- Monitor service requests and prioritize based on urgency
- Ensure timely arrival of technicians at job sites
- Assist in managing freight transportation logistics
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in utilizing GPS systems
- Experience in fleet management or transportation planning
- Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
-Sales experience (ability to sell service contracts, etc.)
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 Per Year
