We're looking for a talented Criminal Defense Attorney in Midland, TX who enjoys being in a courtroom and advocating for their client s rights.

What You Will Be Doing
- Draft and respond to motions, demonstrating a deep understanding of legal principles and procedures
- Work closely with clients, building strong relationships and providing exceptional client service throughout the legal process
- Develop persuasive legal strategies
- Negotiate settlements
What You Need for this Position
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Litigation experience is a must
- Trial experience is a plus
- Juris Doctorate is REQUIRED
- Licensed and in good standing with Texas Bar
- Desire to try cases and work in courtrooms
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus
