Sunstates Security seeks a qualified Lobby Concierge Officer to work at a prestigious software company in the Boston seaport district. The lobby concierge officer will help execute lobby services while maintaining a safe and secure environment for associates and visitors. This position is a part-time flex(on call) This is a flex position for on call Act as a Lobby Concierge, enforce access control, and ensure only authorized personnel enter the building. Conduct scheduled building patrols throughout your assigned shift. Register visitors and guests using visitor management software. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Provide general assistance and respond to requests in person or by phone.
