** Job Description**
**Looking for multiple hires.
Performs a variety of tasks to produce a product that meets quality and operational standards. Assembles and packages finished goods.
**Accountabilities:**
**(tasks may vary depending on location)**
* Understands and practices functions as instructed by supervisor and/or Quality Coordinator.
* Observes products on the production line during the assembly operations.
* Detects visual imperfections, improper fill levels, incorrect components and incorrect labeling to prevent a sub-standard product from being produced.
* Observes, reaches and manipulates products and components on an assembly line/work-station that may be up to 3ft high.
* Stands, sits or any combination thereof for a total of 8 hours during a shift.
* Inserts, feeds, folds, drops, stacks, packs components and finished goods on an assembly line and in packages, meeting quality and quantity standards.
* Follows all safety and good manufacturing practices (GMPs).
* Performs various other duties as assigned including assisting with the training of new employees.
**Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
* Good communication skills and demonstrated knowledge of English, reading and writing.
* Basic knowledge of arithmetic.
* Must be available to work all shifts and overtime as necessary.
* ***Must be available to work in all Northtec facilities as needed.***
