Work directly with warehouse personnel in confirmation and accuracy of shipping documents Answer the phone and communicate with all departments within the facility Maintain daily raw material logs against receipts Insuring to meet legal requirements for outbound movements including weights and NAFTA laws Correctly hand out the Bills of Lading for each outbound shipment Ensure all Canadian Bill of Ladings have the proper PARS documents Fax CCI documents to the proper border crossings Must have all Bill of Ladings signed & retain copy for our records Log in EXCEL all outbound loads to include Truck, Trailer, and Order Number & Weight What do you bring?
