Job Details
Installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, laptops and peripherals. Install, update and patch Windows environments. Utilize knowledge of active directory and group policies to assign users and components to the system. Apply security requirements to systems, and evaluated new solutions prior to their deployment to production environments. Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents to determine the root cause. Be familiar with virtual environments, including backups, patching and security implementation. Utilize configuration management and change management tools to define system component history and relationships. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
