The Production Supervisor ensures that our manufacturing operations run smoothly and efficiently for a designated production area, engaging team members in the work, providing guidance, coaching & feedback, and support to achieve goals. This role requires a dynamic leader who is passionate about motivating and developing employees, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities include:
* Lead, coach, and develop an engaged team focused on accomplishing goals and continuous improvement
* Create an environment oriented to trust, open communication, creative thinking, and teamwork
* Support safety as a top priority by maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's), utilize visual management and manage the associated improvement activities to accomplish department goals
* Maintain quality services by establishing and supporting organizational standards
* Build good relationships with internal and external customers
* Maintain staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
Preferred Qualifications Include:
* Associate degree or equivalent experience required
* Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is a plus!
* 3+ years of supervisor experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards
* Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities
* Commitment to continuous improvement and experience with/knowledge of lean manufacturing
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Experience using an ERP System (Oracle, SAP, Epicor)
This position is located on-site at our Sedalia, Missouri facility.
