Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Home Health Aide at Randolph Care LLC located in Greater Houston. As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing assistance and care to patients in their homes. Your day-to-day tasks may include assisting with personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. You will also provide companionship and emotional support to patients and help with mobility and transportation. This role requires a compassionate and caring individual who can effectively communicate with patients and their families.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
- Experience in home care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to provide compassionate and personalized care
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Reliable and trustworthy
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients
