Inventory Supervisor position holds the responsibility of coordinating and
supervising the daily activities of the inventory team as well as monitoring the timely
confirmation of adjustments, maintaining accurate inventory records and customer
correspondence.

1. Coordinates, leads and performs the taking of physical inventories in accordance
with ODW and customer requirements.
2. Coordinates the activities associated with product HOLD recalls and damage.
3. Coordinates damaged and defective products, ensuring it is accounted for and
properly dispositioned.
4. Creates and uses Metrics to manage day-to-day operations and communicates
performance to the customer.
5. Supports site quality management system
6. In addition to the tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the Inventory Specialist, the
Inventory Supervisor performs the following:
7. Develops and implements purchasing and inventory control procedures and
sequence of operations within department to optimize workflow
8. With customers, reviews market, price, delivery conditions, and trends to
determine present and future material availability. Directs inventory programs
accordingly.
9. Oversees disposal of surplus material or scrap products.
10. Monitors order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy and
customer contracts.
11. Reviews weekly inventory trends and discusses variations with appropriate staff
members and customer.
12. Deals with supplier when serious variations arise in delivery, quality, price, or
conditions
