Job Title: Lead Administrative Support
Work Location: New York, NY (hybrid)
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire

Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Education/Experience Required: 3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Requires a high school diploma equivalent Associate's or degree or equivalent preferred


Job Description & Responsibilities :

  • Candidate will be booking travel through Agency Travel Website, calendar management, assist with creating decks, presentations materials, and organizational charts (depending on agency).
  • Expense report preparation, conference room scheduling.
  • Ordering food for team and client meetings.
  • Maintains department logs, reports, and/or data entry for functional databases.
  • Cross-trains and learns other responsibilities within the team and provides assistance as needed i.e project management
  • Builds professional relationships with customers and other teams.
  • Performs other duties as assigned, no extensive lifting, standing or walking.
  • Must have C Suites experience.
  • Looking for someone who has enthusiasm and interest in learning and growing in the advertising industry.
  • person that would work well under minimal supervision to perform administrative and confidential assignments.
  • Exercises considerable discretion and independent judgment and can handle outside contacts with finesse and diplomacy, plans, organizes and schedules work according to standard procedures.
  • Requires quick learner who will become proficient in company operations and organizational procedures.
  • May require regular use of technical and business vocabulary, opportunity to become permanent.
Skills & Qualifications :
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office skills including Word, PowerPoint and Excel are required.
    Excellent oral and written communication skills and an excellent command of the English language.
