- Position will be located in the Worthington Region.
Education and/or Experience- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration- Valid driver's license required.
- Healthcare Provider CPR (Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
- MN C.N.A. licensed required upon hire and completion of additional home health education requirements as established by the state of MN and agency required.
Work Schedule- PRN - Varied Shifts, as needed, casual requirements per department policy
- Hours may vary from Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
PayThe hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
