What We Offer
- Pay range 20%-40% of gross front-end sales but no less than state minimum wage
- BenefitsWe offer employees (and their families) medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Employees can enroll in our company 401k plan with a matching contribution of up to 2%. Employees receive 1 week vacation after 12 months of employment. All employees will receive 1 hour of Washington paid sick leave for every 40 hours worked. Hired applicants may be able to participate in various bonus programs throughout the year. All approved training is company-paid.

Responsibilities - Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
- Be the vehicle expert. Know the ins & the outs of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
- Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
- Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business.
- Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
- Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
- Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
