Position Titles: Plant Manager
Location: Indianapolis, IN
I am thrilled to announce the opening of my client's new greenfield site just outside of Indianapolis, Indiana, and I am seeking dedicated professionals to join their team!
????Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations at the new facility.
- Lead and manage a lean team of 10 employees.
- Full P&L responsibility, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Engage in both production and sales activities.
- Ensure compliance with MSHA regulations.
- Participate in the construction phase to understand every detail of the site.
- Make strategic decisions on expenditures to improve long-term production costs.
- Drive the site to achieve a production goal of ~1.5 million TPY within 3 years.
Requirements:
?Minimum of 5 years in limestone mining in a supervisory/managerial role.
?Strong entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience.
?Proven leadership skills.
?Familiarity with surface mining operations, including contract drilling and blasting.
?Bachelors degree preferred but extensive experience will be considered.
????Compensation and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $110k-$140k based on experience.
- Bonus: Quarterly bonus based on P&L, potential to earn $20k-$30k initially, up to $45k-$50k once fully operational.
- Vehicle: $90k vehicle (Cadillac Diesel truck, GMC AT4 2500 diesel) provided for personal use (excluding DUIs).
- 401k: Up to 4% match.
- Health Insurance: Comprehensive coverage.
- Relocation Package: Available.
- Additional Benefits: Long-term service bonuses ($10k after 10 years, $20k after 20 years).
