- Operate current state applications, including alert triaging and customer subscription management.
- Enhance operations processes and workflows as proficiency in the role grows.
- Design, develop, implement, and support applications and systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in software development techniques and fluency in programming languages.
- Exhibit understanding of hardware/software platforms and integration technologies.
- Execute system implementations to ensure success and minimize risks.
