Role Summary: As a Financial Advisor, you will lead clients through our exclusive financial planning process, create tailored plans, and implement investment and insurance strategies. You will become the trusted advisor that clients depend on to meet their financial objectives and ensure a secure retirement.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial planning sessions with clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored financial plans using fee-based investments, fixed-indexed annuities, and life insurance.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Educate clients on financial strategies and investment options.
  • Meet with prospects generated by our marketing efforts and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Active Life and Health Insurance License.
  • Active Series 65 or 66 License.
  • Strong sales and closing skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable, dependable, and coachable.
  • Motivated and driven to succeed.
  • Experience in financial planning and client interactions preferred.
