About the role:
We're looking for a Head of Product to lead the strategy, development, and lifecycle management for Peppr's restaurant POS and other SaaS products. This is a pivotal role that will shape the future of Peppr's restaurant SaaS products and also provide critical leadership to the Product Team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in product management, a deep understanding of the restaurant and catering industry, and a strong ability to translate market insights into successful product strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the product planning, design, development, and release of cloud-based POS and other SaaS software products for restaurants, achieving product goals and commercial value.
- Based on market demand and user feedback, optimize and iterate product design to enhance user experience and market competitiveness.
- Research and analyze the SaaS market, understand competitors' products and strategies, and formulate corresponding product strategies and marketing plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, operations, marketing, etc.) to drive product development, testing, release, and promotion.
- Regularly analyze and evaluate product data, make data-driven decisions and optimizations, and improve user activity and conversion rates.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience as a SaaS product manager, including familiarity with the product development process and project management
- Ability to independently complete product framework design and iterative design
- Familiar with internet technology and product design including proficiency in product prototype design tools such as Axure and Sketch.
- Deep understanding of the catering industry, providing industry insights, as well as familiarity with business processes, models .
- Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and execution, along with strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
