LHH is supporting a boutique Philadelphia firm in their search for a plaintiff-side Litigation Associate. This fast-growing firm is a leader in Construction Law. Qualifications:
- JD required; must be licensed and in good standing in PA. NJ admission is a plus.
- Must have litigation experience. Experience in Construction matters is preferred but not required.
- Must have 2+ years of legal experience which has included the drafting of litigation papers such as complaints, responses, motions, and discovery, and be a strong and effective communicator (for direct client consultation as well as advocacy and negotiation against opposing counsel and before judicial bodies).
- A problem solver with outstanding writing skills, a strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit will excel at this firm.

Salary based on experience with a proposed range of $100,000 to $150,000 + Bonus. Full suite of benefits provided to include medical, vision and dental insurance, 401k match, PTO and more.
