The Position
We are looking for someone with a passion for leading the company s finance/accounting division - a strong background in accounting coupled with an excitement for leading a team. Close collaboration and partnership with company leadership, and a clear understanding of company values is imperative. We are looking for someone that is passionate about process improvement, personal growth, mentorship and is never satisfied with the status quo . Leading with vision and inspiration while exercising creativity is the expectation.
A person that is comfortable with failure and is willing to take feedback and be vulnerable will enjoy working in this environment. This individual is someone that values accountability (pun intended) and is focused on delivering quality work benefiting the company and its customers.
