You will play an integral piece in providing a top-notch experience for Duluths cherished patrons.

**What you'll do:**
* Spend a majority of the day monitoring the floor and helping with workflow, answering questions, and ensuring high morale in the department.
* Prioritize and direct daily work assignments of department staff. Review daily hours to ensure accurate costs for the Department.
* Create and maintain weekly employee schedules. Document and communicate absences and tardiness within the Department.
* Write and deliver yearly performance reviews for direct hourly reports.
**What Were Looking For:**
* Personality: Dependable, extroverted, approachable, logical, and inquisitive
* Education: High school diploma or equivalent
* Physicality: Walk or stand for your entire work shift; lift an average of 30 lbs. on a consistent basis, and 70 lbs. occasionally; frequently reach, twist, and bend in multiple directions, including continuous arm, hand, and wrist movements; push/pull a picking cart and/or pallet of up to five hundred pounds; moderate warehouse noise level with temperatures ranging from 50 95 degrees
