One provider requested.
Inpatient
Call ONLY
Shift: July 8 @ 8am - July 15 @ 8a
Possibility of need for one week per month ongoing.
Call Response: 30 min.
Call Ratio: 1:1
Call Back %: 1
Ave. Call Numbers Per 24 Hrs:

Admissions: 3
PPS: 3
5 Bed Dept.
Ave. Deliveries Per Yr: 500
Both Roundings
Provider is not required to remain onsite unless provider
has call activity.
Trauma Level 1 Facility
Support Staff: 2 RNs
No teaching or supervision required.
Facility supplies lodging for provider; condo 5 minutes away.
EMR: MedHost
Expenses covered, weekly pay and Occurrence Form
Malpractice insurance provided.
