Respond to emergency alarms

Be a lifeline to customers

Dispatch the authorities (PD/FD/MD)

Answer in-bound phone calls

Resolve customer issues or concerns

Qualifications and Skills

Clear, articulate, and professional telephone voice and etiquette

Excellent attendance required

Excellent customer service skills

High school diploma / equivalent

Basic computer knowledge

Comfortable in a fast-paced environment

Ability to multitask

Requires a successful background check and drug screen testing
