Our client, a fashion brand, is looking for an Ecommerce Specialist to join the team. The candidate should have at least 3 years experience in e-commerce supporting the merchandising team, website management, and be skilled in Shopify Plus. Candidates must be OK working 5 days on site and transitioning to a hybrid role.

Responsibilities:
Website Management: Ensure the smooth operation and user-friendliness of our e-commerce website, including platforms such as Shopify Plus, Searchspring, and Foursixty. Conduct daily merchandising updates to maintain relevance. Updating the landing pages, merchandising the site are a few of these responsibilities.
Marketing Strategies: Aid in planning and implementing effective online marketing strategies (including email, SMS, and site updates) to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, and increase sales.
Project Organization: Maintain the workflow of email tasks using project management tools like Asana.
Support E-commerce Merchant: Collaborate closely with the E-commerce Merchant to develop and execute e-commerce strategies, aiming to enhance online transactions.
Website Inspection: Conduct regular QCs of website components like landing pages and product information, promptly reporting any issues for resolution.
Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing sales data to identify trends, optimize product offerings, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, buying, production partners, CRM, and customer service, to align e-commerce strategies \.
Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities for website improvement and enhancement.
Requirements:
Bachelor s degree
Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce
Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, particularly Shopify Plus
Light skills in Photoshop and Excel
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
