Want to learn about the different career opportunities available at Colony Brands AND earn a $500 scholarship? Our Career Exploration Program could be for you! This program will give 16 students the opportunity to explore different careers within our company while working at a great paying summer job (June through August). HERES HOW IT WORKS: - Students will work in a primary/home department (Production or Bakery) four days per week. - One day per week will be spent learning about departments across the company such as Human Resources, Community Relations, Benefits, Marketing, Creative Marketing Services, Accounting, Purchasing, Internet/ E-Commerce, and Inventory Management (these are known as Exploration Days). - Students will job shadow employees in different departments to gain a better understanding of that department and the jobs associated with that field. - The program will run from June 5, 2024 to August 7, 2024. - This program is open to both high school and college students...Program, Student, Manufacturing, Education
