Sunbelt Rentals, the fastest growing rental business in North America, is seeking a full-time, Outside Sales Representative to cover territory in and around the Cedar Rapids, IA area. You will be responsible for generating profitable business from the range of equipment that your profit center specializes in. You will do this by developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain current customer base, and by helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.
We offer:
- Base pay of $40,000/year, plus robust, uncapped commission plan. Successful first year Outside Sales Representatives can make $70,000 - $100,000+ per year. Average commission can be $2,000 - $4,000+/month.

- At least 1 year of outside sales experience
- Able to work independently and structure your day to meet your sales goals with minimal manager input
- Sourcing, cold calling, and sales closing skills
- Knowledge of ground protection, construction or specialty industrial equipment preferred, but not required
- Comfortable navigating active construction sites in person, in a safe manner, as part of your job
- At least 21 years of age
- Solid computer skills
