Job Details
- Facilitating customer inquiries
- Respond to customer needs and follow up in a timely manner on issues as appropriate
- Establish a professional and friendly rapport with customers
- Support Sales and marketing team in conducting or coordinating periodic sales and marketing campaigns
- Process orders
- Coordinate credit requests
- Facilitate customer requests for service. Working with appropriate managers
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Must come from a manufacturing background that has sales and service experience for manufactured products
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service in similar backgrounds of manufacturing or distribution
- Background in technical/manufactured products
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment to meet demanding customer needs
- Strong sense of self-motivation
- Goal-oriented approach to work
- Ability to deal with stressful environments
