One of New Jersey s Top Ranked Law Firms seeks a full-time Legal/Executive Assistant to provide support to the Trust and Estates Practice. MUST have LAW firm experience/any practice area. Candidate will be carrying out various administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Candidate must possess a strong work ethic, excellent oral and written communication skills, exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment, and ability to interact effectively with attorneys and clients.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of and ability to apply office software applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and PDF.
- Ability to coordinate busy calendars, work assignments, prepare legal correspondence and documents, transcribe digital dictation, organize and maintain files and records.
