Logistics Specialist
Summary:
Coordinate all inbound and outbound truck operations for production and customer orders with efficiency and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate material deliveries with customers.
- Record and maintain load lists for outbound trucks.
- Assist in shipping processes and invoicing completed orders.
- Ensure compliance with safety and incident reporting procedures.
- Identify and label materials and products accurately.
- Conduct product and production quality checks.
- Perform regular inventory checks and updates.
- Process and submit vendor invoices for payment.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and ensure a clean work environment.
- Assist with shipping documentation and paperwork.
- Support the quarry manager with employee tasks and delegation.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
