Qualifications
4-year degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems or relevant experience/certifications
8 + years experience providing Network Engineering support
Experience managing a WiFi6 rollout
5 + years experience building/managing relationships with senior technical customers
5 + years experience supporting Cisco ASA/Palo Alto Firewalls
5 + years experience supporting F5 Load Balancers
3 + years experience supporting Cloud-based network infrastructure (Azure/AWS)
3 + years experience supporting multicast (IGMP, PIM, RP)
Experience with automation tools, Python, Ansible, etc.
Strong verbal and written communication
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Extensive experience with the following technologies BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, MPLS, VRF, QoS, PBR, VSS, HSRP, STP, and WAN Optimization technologies
Experience configuring and maintaining Cisco ISE in an enterprise environment
Experience supporting Arista and Cisco switching (Catalyst/Nexus)
Operational experience with SD-WAN solutions a plus
Operational experience with Cisco Meraki (Wireless) a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding, team-oriented environment
