Serves as a General Maintenance Technician for the community association at Sun City Shadow Hills. Responsibilities include performing technical and general facility Maintenance functions. Ensures that all support and service is conducted by trade code and fulfilled in a manner consistent with Shadow Hills' standards. $500 Sign on bonus upon successfully completing 30 days with Associa. Duties include but are not limited to: Perform general maintenance tasks at all common areas under the responsibility of the Facilities Maintenance Director. Perform all technical and general maintenance - Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical repairs, pool repairs, and Life & Safety respond procedures. Responds to routine inquiries or requests for maintenance services; receives, investigates, and responds to maintenance concerns and requests; monitors completion of work; completes follow-up communications with requestors and management.
