Spherion in partnership with Weiss Industries, Inc. in Mansfield, OH is seeking Basket Loaders to join the team that helps keep our country safe. Weiss Industries proudly makes security parts for the US Navy. Available Shifts 1st Shift: 7am-3:30pm (Mon-Fri OT Sat as needed) 2nd Shift: 3pm-1am (Mon-Fri OT Sat as needed) Pay Rate: $15.40 - $15.90 (shift differential) Work Environment: Clean, well-organized shop floor with climate-controlled Break Area. Job Description: Loading Baskets with metal parts for heat treat. Temp-to-hire window: Able for permanent placement after 90 days Requirements: Successful candidates will have good attendance, great hand-eye coordination, the ability to lift up to 50lbs, and great dependability. This position does NOT require high school diploma. Must be able to work in a hot environment.
